For 25 and under I haven't been here in yrs as I surely surpass the age of the crowd. In general this was a good "meet-market" kind of place for young professionals after hours. The bouncers have notoriously always been jerks with arbitrary policies.
HELL on 2nd Avenue. Do not enter. The security/bouncers are horrible. I have been living in NYC for 3 years, and I have never had as awful of an experience as I had at this place. It was not surprising to me that I immediately saw people writing on here to complain about the employees. I went on a Friday for happy hour and noticed a bad attitude from the minute I walked up to the door. This place is awful! Everyone is rude Everyone is rude in this place from the bouncer at the door to the manager. The bouncer hurt my friend for no reason, simply because the bouncer didn't want her speaking on her cell phone near the door. When she complained that he hurt her wrist, he said "so what", can you believe? When you pass near by this place run away as fast as you can.
Great meeting place for after work This is the type of place that you would relax after work and loosen your tie with a cocktail in hand. The atmosphere is friendly and you feel welcome the moment you step inside. Parking isn't the best but if you work in the area its a great spot to unwind at the bar.
