Stay away from that overpriced smelly place. Freight train that runs every hour like 25 feet away day and night will ruin your sleep at night when he is signaling for whole five minutes so loud, that even closed windows and ear plugs won’t help. We were told that it runs 2-3 times a day! That was a lie! You will have to dust your place every other day as the dust from close proximity to tracks will be everywhere. Nice area. Neighbors are pleasant. Very poorly maintained though. Too expensive for essentially 3 rooms and 1 closet.
