The complex was renovated and already falling apart due to the negligence and nuisance amongst the residents. Between drugs in the common areas exposing the children to alcohol, marijuana, and other substances is unacceptable yet tolerated. People ash in the hallways and leave their paraphernalia in the common areas all the time leaving other residents that have pride in their units and space to clean up after lazy disgusting people. I recently had the pleasure of working with the Property Manager, Brian, as our apartment underwent construction. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, his professionalism and attention to detail made a significant difference. The accommodations were top-notch—clean, comfortable. Any questions I had were promptly addressed, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

I have had the pleasure of meeting the property manager several times over the past 3-4 years, due to my ongoing interest in becoming a tenant. Each encounter has been marked by her pleasant demeanor, respectfulness, upbeat personality. Her professionalism and politeness makes the prospect of becoming a tenant that much more exciting.
