Please know that if anything goes wrong the lady in the office will commit perjury in order to get away with doing what she wants. (yes I have proof of this) If perjury is an option, why would leases be followed? Why would repairs be done? It's scary.
I currently live here. Overall it's ok. Though my biggest issue is that Every time it rains the sidewalk outside the building I'm in becomes a river and it takes hours if not a day or so to fully drain. The sidewalk is lower than the grass by a lot. It's ridiculous. Wish it would get fixed. I can't be the only one that hates this.
Mice & roach infested No one picks up their dogs poop, the dog park is filthy
It's OK but I don't like it because the maintenance can't work on air at night and our air was out .so they suck in that apartment and they least our apartment our even though its not 30 days and they say we better be out of here by march 31st
This place sucks really bad I can't wait to move out if only we had more money to move to a place we would love
