Maintenance and management here are truly top-tier! I came home to a hot apartment after my AC went out, and even though it was after hours, maintenance was here within 30 minutes and had it fixed. So grateful for how y’all take care of me!

I was told that my employment verification was approved and was given a confirmed move-in date. BECAUSE of that info I declined another housing option and incurred moving expenses based on that date!!!! However, on my scheduled move-in day, I was told that the verification had NOT gone through, that my offer letter was insufficient, and I was asked to provide tax returns—a requirement that was NEVER previously mentioned 2 HOURS BEFORE IM SUPPOSED TO MOVE Due to your office's errors and I’m left without housing on my move-in ... read more
