Lived here for a year and a half and overall it’s a good place with cheap rent with a few downsides. Giveing this 4 stars because I can overlook the issues due to how nice the apartment itself was and how nice the rent is. Don’t let the cons discourage you, I do recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere cheap with good space. I have had an amazing experience here especially with the maintenance team!! Mr.Edgar is great. He is very efficient and knowledgeable about everything he does. The management is very nice and helpful. I love this property!
