If you need a cheap place to move to and aren't worried about management not caring about your experience, this is the place for you. When moving, I noted several things wrong with the apartment. They never sent anyone to fix them like they said they would. When I sent the maintenence requests myself, the worker didn’t even fix two of the things. Not a safe location to live in!! I’ve been living in this complex for a while and I have to share my experience: the quality of life here is almost nonexistent. Every evening, there is unbearable noise from cars with loud music, making it impossible to enjoy peace even late at night. On top of that, there’s a never-ending cockroach problem – despite the management claiming they handle it, nothing actually gets done. This place is full with cockroaches, they say they do a weekly treatment, but it never works! They will blackmail you if you want to leave because of that by not giving you back your deposit!!! Maintenance request are often not addressed and you’ll have to pay to repair them yourself!!
