I really like where I live. It is a great value and I have a beautiful apartment. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The appliances are annoying but maintenance is prompt to address any issues. The laundry machine takes a couple runs to completely dry the clothes and my dishwasher can't seem to use the rinse aid. Otherwise, no complaints!
Sutton Place has been a great home for our family since 2019. We appreciate the ease of communication with staff, quick responses to maintentance needs, and the location, safety, and affordability of the community.
Sutton place will forever have a special place in my heart! For the last 5 years it has been a welcoming and safe place to live. It's also walkable to so many great parts of Mt. Washington. The staff are kind, responsive, and truly care about your well-being. I highly suggest living at Sutton Place! There is something for everyone.
We are going on 16 years at Sutton place apts and we’ve been very happy here. My apartment is spacious and the grounds are so pretty. Very quiet here and also has a pool in a very cool setting. Two thumbs up!
Sutton Place has been our home for almost three years, and we love it! The community is welcoming, and the management is attentive. It’s a great place to live, and we highly recommend it!
