Even though it was nice before, the NEW company and new name ( now, The Park at Via Corso) it's getting way better! They are making all sorts of improvements, adding a new fitness center, etc. With two pools, great management staff, and more, I just signed my new lease. I'll be here for quite a while! Make sure to drop my name with the office if you want to live here!
I've been living in Sutton for alomost 2 years. It's an amazing community close to Shopping (Walmart, Publix, Bravo, Volusia mall, Burlington) close to schools and universities (mainland high, BCU, ERAU) close to fast foods and amazing restaurants. Two 8 feet deep pools (one exclusively for adults), and nice tennis court where I usually play badminton and sometimes play with RC toys. Staffs are super cool and understandings. This place is terrible. I lived there for two years and recently moved out. The place is poorly taken care of and the front office people (although kind) are thieves. They took our entire deposit after taking great care of the place. They charged us for painting the walls and replacing the carpets and other things that were not damaged at all.
