They take the rent of $40 a month every year but they freeze the hell out of you every once you keep the heat on minimum is very low as possible because they Supply the heat but I guess in Elizabeth New Jersey you're considered in the ghetto and they treat you just that way and the doorbell have not worked in about a year but you can believe the $40 additional a month will be coming very soon
