Living in this complex was one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional, often ignoring maintenance requests for weeks, if they respond at all. The building itself is poorly maintained, with frequent issues like broken elevators, dirty common areas, and inadequate heating/cooling. Noise is a constant problem, with thin walls that do nothing to block out sound from neighbors. The parking situation is also a nightmare.
