Apparently their license to rent boats expired on the evening of July 3rd and we had a reservation scheduled on the 4th. After spending hundreds of dollars on food and driving two hours we received a text at 8:30 on the 4th informing us our reservation was cancelled. Incredibly unprofessional and a “memorable” way to begin our holiday weekend.
do not recommend, 4th of July weekend and canceled our rental an hour and a half before for unknown circumstances. sadly i cannot reschedule because i usually don’t have weekends off therefore i had to request days for this that have now been wasted due to poor management.
