Dr. Sutton told me after the initial consultation that I would be home in 3 weeks and I was. !! I had been sitting in a nursing home for approximately 16 months waiting for a eye doctor appointment, I was in shock after he did my right eye I could see , then the left And my vision was back , God bless him David Gallagher

Third time is not a charm with this office. Yes, I was late for my appointment but they did not send me the many (3 weeks before, 3 days before and 3 hours before) reminders they claimed because I didn't know they needed a cell phone number because all they do is text no personal or recorded phone call to my home phone because they don't have the personnel that can do that. Great staff and excellent service. Dr. Sutton is friendly, funny, and straight to the point. Never had issues with my prescription or purchases. Highly recommend!
My special needs son was having issues with his glasses from the start. We were told to give him some time to adjust when we called in so we did. Tried going in to get him reevaluated after six months of struggling with him. They then tell us that to much time has passed for a re evaluation and we would need to pay $175 for him to be seen. Wouldn’t listen, didn’t care and rude to top it all off.
