Shhhh! Don’t tell anyone about Manhattan’s best kept residential coop secret. We moved here from the suburbs a year ago and discovered a quiet building on a dead end street( minimal vehicular traffic here reducing noise levels ), with reasonable ( for NYC) monthlies, an OUTSTANDING staff of doormen, porters and resident manager— and convenience to get to almost all other areas of the city.
