Londi Sutton did an excellent job for us. We showed her a property that we wanted that had already been sold. But she immediately grasped what we were looking for and found a house near the same location that was just what we wanted. She acted fast to get our offer in before another couple that had been looking at it when we arrived, and our offer was accepted. Not only that, but she was also able to resolve any issues immediately. She is a lovely person to work with and we highly recommend her.

Londi Sutton did a wonderful job in selling my house. She was tenacious in a difficult market, and left no effort undone until she found a buyer. Londi obviously loves her profession, and is very good at it. She is also a very nice person and a delight to work with. I recommend her highly if you are buying or selling a house in Southern Oregon.

Londi at Sutton Homes Realty is a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond what is expected. Any questions I had were answered promptly whether it was after business hours or not. It took about 6 months of actively looking for a home before we found what we wanted (largely due to the current real estate market) and Londi was with us every step of the way and helped keep us motivated when we were feeling like there was no possible way we would find a home.
