Do not Rent here. The plumbing is not being maintained at all .It is rotting away to cause massive floods.Maintance knows as this is occurring in there own apartments which they can't prevent get fixed .Sewage back up to include digging up inside building with heavy equipment in hallway entrance.They smell was horrible for weeks.The place is disgusting and dirty to include the attic with bats.No hot water half the time of course this is including rent pmt.Roof leaks water stains on ceiling,maintance said with building inspe... read more
Sutton hill aots are tuning into a slum since they built their higher rent "Point"; apts. Maintenance often does not want to do repairs and makes all kinds of excuses not to do them. When I mentioned that the tenets at the "Point" would not put up with such bad maintenance and repairs are made there, they actually admitted that is because they pay much higher rents. Do not even consider Sutton Hill ..
Sutton Hill is about a 45 year old apartment complex . Due to its age and sometimes faulty original construction, it has many maintenance issues . So when you contact maintenance there are some maintenance personnel who are very abusive to tenants. Are they overworked? Maybe. Sutton Hill is tuning into a slum complex in looks and how it is run.... slowly but surely.
RecommendedI wish to thank the staff here at the Point of Sutton Hill Apts for operating in such a professional manner, even in the midst of the pandemic we are experiencing. My washing machine completely broke down. They returned my call ASAP and came and accessed the situation and replaced the machine. Thanks Chris and the guy that assisted. Have a good day and be safe. Thanks for keeping us as tenants safe and providing a safe environment.
