Wow! I can't believe how quickly the response was. I actually work for an HVAC company in Idaho, but when my dads furnace quit in Billings, there wasn't a lot I could do. He called Sutton heating and ended up sharing the diagnosis and quote with me. This Brent guy really knows his stuff and the pricing was fair too. I gave the approval and my dad had the repairs done and is really happy with the work. From one heating professional to another- A+ Sutton Heating!
I called Brent one morning and he was at my house the scheduled time that afternoon..He explained the problem and my options making sure I understood the fee.He fixed my furnace quickly.Before Brent left he made suggestions for future.maintenance.I am elderly and appreciate his honest and friendly personality Would highly recommend Sutton Heating and Cooling.
Of course the furnace craps out on the morning it is -13 outside... Call Brent, he was on the phone with me for almost 40 minutes walking me through potential fixes I could do on my own! Nothing worked. He told me he would be out later in the day. Called about 3 hours later, said he was on his way. Got to the house, took a look at a couple of different things, figured it was a bad limiter switch. Swapped it out and had me going again in 30 minutes.
