We had our HVAC replaced in November 2019. Sutton was very quick to respond and begin our process of installing a new HVAC system. I appreciated that they were willing to install the same day as it was very cold in Montana in December, however, I am not satisfied with the value of their products nor their customer service. Throughout the process, I felt taken advantage of which was confirmed when we replaced our outdoor AC unit with another installer this past summer. Our air conditioner wasn't turning on. When I called Brent Sutton, he was able to come out the same day and fixed the issue with a few new parts. I was very happy with the service and I felt the cost was appropriate. He has previously serviced our furnace and did a fantastic job then as well.

Brent, We had a long standing problem with the A.C unit for awhile. He came in an fixed the problem right away. An now were back to being cooled off..
