Service is always done in a timely, professional manner. I am glad I chose them for HVAC purchase and service.
I’ve used Sutton Heat, Air, & Electric for many years and Craig is our go to guy! He’s honest, fare, and very knowledgeable! Anytime I have an HVAC issue he’s here not long after I contact Candie! He & Trent installed our double units in our old house (still going strong) and has fixed several issues on the one in our current home (someone else installed) I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Our unit quit cooling on a holiday weekend. I called and Craig and Trent came out that Saturday morning. They replaced the compressor and had the unit cooling in a hour or so. They have always been responsive to my needs. Their service charges are always fair. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
Each and every time I call Sutton Air, they are usually here with in a couple of hours. Always polite and respectful and made repairs that day if parts were available. They replace the complete system and done a remarkable job. Great Christian man was a pleasure to meet and talk with. Thank you guys. Great job.
