Dejan is a true professional. He does not waste time, creates a clear strategy and shares it with you. We decided on price of 2200 for renting out a condo, after he got 10 offers for a viewing within minutes we adjusted and set a price 100 higher. Within 3 days - I got the first offer and we decided to take it due to the quality of the candidates.
