Went to an open house where I had the displeasure of meeting a Jacqueline realtor. Was only looking for price range for area and to see what was on the market. She was extremely rude and treating me like garbage. I do not recommend anyone use her and Jacqueline should be ashamed of herself. I have never had a realtor talk to me with such behaviour.
There was an open house viewing for a town house in Mississauga hosted by Zezza Collia Realty, a member of Sutton Group Quantum Realty. My wife & I are Black, and Franca Collia racially profiled us. After entering, Franca immediately came to the door and said she was doing a pre-approval process, and started questioning us about if we knew the price of the house, what our budget was, and what we can and cannot afford.
