I just wanted to tell Dr.Sutton thank you. He took such great care of my 17 month old yesterday and I will forever be grateful. He had tubes put in his ears and removed both of his adenoids in less than 20 minutes & also came and talked to me 3 times with updates. My family & I are very appreciative!

Dr. Sutton needs to employ better communication skills with his patients. Tells me he is prescribing a steroid does not tell me it what it was and when I arrived to the pharmacy, I was told it is prednisone, which I refuse to take as it gives me tachycardia. Then I get a call today for a brain MRI. He did not have a conversation with me about requesting an MRI. This was for left ear ringing, but yet does not tell me what he is trying to rule out. I was apprehensive about my surgery on my very congested right sinus. Dr Sutton's pre-surgery visit made we feel so much better answered my last minute and answered my last minute questions. My recovery is going very well, the hospital staff were also excellent. If I could give 10 STARS I would! Thank you DR. Sutton and Staff! Jo A. Hickman

When health damage is accepted as collateral to the system As of this writing, Dr. Sutton has a 4.8-star rating on Google. Justified? I may never be able to find out. Patients surely praise the doctor's thoroughness, the staff's friendliness, and the quality of care received. But what those ratings don't capture is the care that some may not receive at all.
