I live in NC. Someone hacked into my bank account and transfered 6,000. to an account in Sutton Bank. The bank did not acknowledge fraud. I was told there is only a slim chance I will ever see the money again, maybe in 2 years after some vague investigation that would make the bank return it. As if!! I am furious. My bank said that Sutton bank has a reputation for similar situations.
You never said I mean never to through always a call back which never happened
Great customer service always treated with respect
Be careful there was a fraudulent account here that was scamming people. I did hear back from the main branch and it has been resolved.
They never answer the phone and when they do they don’t even say anything they just set the phone down, so we have to call Ontario normally to get ahold of the Mansfield one, there will be times where we call them 6 times in a row and still no answer
