When I tried to negotiate on price of a car, I was told "We don't do that here." Don't bother coming here if you expect to pay even a single cent less than the sticker price + every fee they charge on top, which was nearly $1,000 in total. What a complete waste of time. Jimmy the salesman was a complete jerk about the whole thing. Believe the other reviews when they say this place is pointless to go to and rude beyond belief. I have been looking at getting my wife a new RDX for a bit now. Just happened to stop in to let her test drive one and met Mr. Jimmy Johnson. He came out and for the first time in buying many cars i have never been treated so much more like a family member than a customer. He told us all about the car and let us lead the conversation and was never pushy at all. Went to lunch and came back and bought the car. I think we talked more about how nice he was than the car!
