Irresponsible and not helpful at all. Our internet stopped working and we tried calling Sutton office for 5 days to get access to the phone room and no one has ever answered my calls. I had to cancel my appointment with the technicians 2 times before they finally responded my email and told me I can get the keys from caretaker’s office. As it stands, I can't recommend their strata property management services. I recently moved into my property and Boon Sim has been largely unresponsive. It has been nearly three weeks and I have not received my welcome package. I emailed with a few questions - one week later and still no reply. I had to call his number, which was not answered by him but his office. This does not inspire confidence in their services. Boon, I will amend this review when I see improvement.

I don't understand why people saying Boon Sim is helpful... my place had water leakage from upstair since Nov. last year............ he still hasn't deal with it yet........... every time i email him, he always say he's working on it............ if i don't email him, he never replies me
