I regret hiring Suttles Law Firm. We did the closing of our first house purchase with them. I'm a lead scientist and my wife is a college professor. We are new to the area and our realtor recommended them. We signed the agreement on 02/21/19. They agreed to do the closing at 1PM 02/25/19. Office location was 1711 N. Main Street, Summerville, SC 29486. They failed to provide the closing disclosures on time. When we arrived to the office paralegal Laura had not completed the paperwork and postponed it to 2PM. A very competent group of people. I had a somewhat complicated (to me) real estate closing with some probate twists. They helped me through it seamlessly. Dealing with the loss of my parent was hard enough but Jamie Mattingly was amazing. She let me know what I could do and it was spot on. Selling some property was flawless because of Laura Smith.
