Woke up on Monday morning to an 86 degree home. Called my home warranty company to get a claim started. I figured my 1990 AC unit finally died and it would be DAYS before someone would get to me. They called Scuttle and they were able to come to my house ... THE SAME DAY!!! Kyle braved the afternoon sun and heat (high was 113) and was able to repair it! My dinosaur lives to see another day! I am so grateful for the prompt service!
Did an amazing job and even found something incorrect that was left by the person that did the tune up from last year!

multiple issues fixing unit. They could not completely fix it, and absconded with pieces. I called several times inquiring about it, they stated it never was there. (mind you i have two identical units) Showed them pictures they didn't get back to me. I left it alone for a few months now, and they have not gotten back or returned my calls so here is my negative review. NEVER again with these guys. Overall poor quality of work, poor workmanship, poor communication
