James was very professional and always available. He handled all the hurdles fairly quickly The unit was installed in a rather timely fashion
Had them come out to do a furnace tune up. James came out and was quick to do the work and answered any questions I had about what was being done
Martine was very thorough and explained everything very well. He also was quick to order replacement parts. Very appreciative to him and the team at Suttle Air.
