Place sucks i lived here for to many yrs and still do inconsistent staff they must be selling the place because the amount of pointless inspections we've had is ridiculous .. the mice problem out of control i remember one time I complained I was just told everyone has them even me lol... Staff changes like the weather in New England. No one stays long enough to honor promises made by others. Mice are a big issue. They don’t get to the root of the issue just slap some traps around to shut u up. Maintenance Workers are another big issue. They don’t give you enough notice they walk right in your house If you don’t answer within a few knocks. . I have been homeless for about a year and came across this place which seem like a very nice place for me and my kids . The staff treated me well . After applying and providing all paper work and they get my hopes up about moving soon I am told I’m denied no explanation no nothing and for me to find out I wasn’t approved I had to call the office myself .
