Staff changes like the weather in New England. No one stays long enough to honor promises made by others. Mice are a big issue. They don’t get to the root of the issue just slap some traps around to shut u up. Maintenance Workers are another big issue. They don’t give you enough notice they walk right in your house If you don’t answer within a few knocks. . I have been homeless for about a year and came across this place which seem like a very nice place for me and my kids . The staff treated me well . After applying and providing all paper work and they get my hopes up about moving soon I am told I’m denied no explanation no nothing and for me to find out I wasn’t approved I had to call the office myself .
