They are not consistent enough. Seems like something always goes wrong with appointments or medication. I feel that their communication isn’t good at all. I will be moving to a different doctor
My husband and I both had a new patient appointment to establish care with the nurse practitioner Heather. They put us in a room together which was no problem. Heather came in never introduced herself, just apologized for the small room. Ask normal questions to both of us. Spent a little more time with my husband’s history . No physical exam was completed on either of us. Less than 45 minutes total for both from the time we were taken back.
