Terrible. I wasted 1.5 hours and they decided that they couldn’t help me for pain from a back injury that happened 35 years ago while in the military. Just because it happened “on the job” 35 years ago. It’s been an ongoing issue ever since. I’ve gone to Sutter for over 30 years. Always left satisfied with the care that I received. Not this time. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I walked in with no appointment and they gave me a time I would be seen and I was taken to a room exactly when they had stated. Seamless and thorough visit.
Excellent experience! I didn't know that Sutter Walk-In Care had started scheduling appointments. I walked in without an appointment. While standing at the counter an appointment became available. I waited about 20 minutes before being seen by the Nurse Practitioner. The NP made a thorough assessment of my current needs. With my permission she also made an audio recording of the entire visit.
