The nurse practitioner was thorough in asking questions but failed to correctly diagnose and identify bacterial symptoms vs viral for chronic cough even after I presented enough justification. It was as if she was purely going by checklist. I had to go back to doctor after few days as the symptoms worsened. I’m not sure the NPs here are qualified or experienced to diagnose.
I would give 0 stars is possible. We arrived 5 minutes late as we were traveling a far distance, Oakland to Dublin, and were turned away. They refused to accommodate or give the physicians name. As a pediatric healthcare provider myself I’m appalled at the lack of compassion for my child. If you decide to go here DONT BE LATE or you will not be seen.
Do not come here until you have an appointment. They are not walk in. Goto Stanford urgent care in Dublin Blvd. They have the real walk in.
Nice place. Very efficient and caring. I am glad I went there.
