Quick and efficient service. Dr Ravi (sp?) did not make me feel rushed at all and took time to listen to me and spoke to me with eye contact instead of just looking at the monitor. In my experience, wait times at urgent care centers or ERs are really long and when you do see the Dr, it feels rushed. The wait was not bad at all… triage, exam and xrays were done in about 2.5 hrs. Overall, it was a good experience.
Excellent desk help, Nurses, and Drs.
Arrived early, seen promptly. Appreciate the efficiency.
