Sutter Health Urgent Care clinic provided for my needs and health. I felt cold for three weeks, recovered to normal fourth week, and then felt symptoms again. They diagnosed my illness was not serious as I suspected, only recurrent cold. They also irrigated both my ears due to excessive ear wax and I felt trouble hearing. They ascertained I am not developing pneumonia from diagnosing X ray scan of my lungs. Step 1: Front desk service was fine—staff was courteous and check-in went smoothly. Step 2: The medical assistant took my temperature, checked my blood pressure, and asked why I came in.
