Incredibly rude phone manners. I had to call four times to get a straight answer. When I finally did, because I had to get my back up and demand it, instead of saying, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" or even, "Thank you for calling. Goodbye." The person on the other end just hung up, after sounding annoyed about having to answer my question.
Customer services sucks. Nurses are more into themselves then the patient. Patients aren't listened to. I thought that you were suppose to tell them what's wrong not then look at and try to diagnosed you with whatever they feel.They treat babies wrongly, no more or stickers for them to feel more content. Just awful. This used to be the best hospital. Finally after hours of pain, brought on more by the people in this place, I got some meds to help not hurt.
