I gave birth here and had the worst postnatal care experience imaginable! I was scared into believing I couldn't nurse adequately and would have to use formula and I never received basic toiletries. I'm also being harassed by them telling me I have to name my child immediately. We had a very traumatic birth, the NICIU staff is amazing and DrMattel is my favorite doctor there.

Mi bebé estuvo internada ahí y fue muy bien atendida si una que otra enfermera no muy buena pero otras muy amables y si merecen ser enfermeras mi bebé si fue bien atendida gracias adiós serecupero los doctores atododar para sutter es el mejor hospital

Went to the ER for abdominal pain. The first person who sat at the desk nearest the entrance, was very rude and very negative. The nurses and doctors who I met with were very nice and positive. If anyone cares about the specifics that's employed by Sutter and wants to rectify the situation, please feel free to contact me. I just had a 5 day stay. The nurses and the nurses aides were absolutely amazing. Mark, Steve, Cora, Sandra, Marie and more. I had a student nurse Tom, who also was great and obviously was being taught well in the program. The hospital is very nice, single bed rooms. My Doctor was good and while a man of few words Dr. Bhavsar took care of me and ensured my well being before I left. The emergency room/ admittance process is poor. People who are very ill and have an urgent health situation should not have to wait 3+ hours to be seen,get a wheelchair or be admitted.

This hospital saved my life, took away lots of pains out of me. Lovely doctors in there. Please, make Shutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital you saviour and first and best choice if place to visit.

I was told to go to the wrong building for my procedure, so after waiting 10 mins had to walk over to the other building. My confidence and trust was shot - if they can't tell you which building to go to correctly, what else are they going to get wrong during my procedure? On top of that, their work crew had all of the handicapped parking spaces blocked off at the medical center building - a violation of ADA law - so I had to help my driver to the building as he is handicapped. I was admitted to the new Sutter Hospital for a total knee replacement. The care I received there was top notch.
