Had an appointment but was a no-show. The company never even bothered to call to say what happened. Was a customer for a long time, but won't go back after this incident.

Unprofessional, rude and don't show up for appointments – We hired Sutter Plumbing Company to repair a main plumbing valve in our basement. This was time sensitive and we couldn't wait too long to get it fixed. My husband and I both work so our schedules are not flexible. When the plumber did not show up 15 minutes after the previously scheduled appointment, we called the office to find out where the plumber was. Professional Work, Definitely Recommend This Company – I had my sewer back up and was forced to deal with a not so great situation. The city stepped in and hired Sutter Plumbing to do the work. All of their workers were courteous and nice people. I even felt so comfort as to make them lunch one day and they were very appreciative. They did a superior job and finished the job from start to finish and even improved my curb appeal by installing new sod.
