We're incredibly grateful for Dr. Chou's expertise! His clear explanations made a huge difference in understanding our child's treatment, and the medication truly helped. The staff were also awesome, explaining everything with clarity and kindness.
The check-in process and nursing staff were great very kind and professional. I did feel, however, that there’s some room for improvement in Dr. Dwan Pineros’ bedside manners. During the visit, I felt a bit dismissed for bringing in my toddler despite the symptoms she was showing. A urine test wasn’t strongly encouraged because I mentioned she hadn’t had much water, which unfortunately led to her infection continuing for another week. Terrible experience and traumatizing for my son. Made us stay there for over three hours, no regard for my 1.5 year old child. Couldn't even figure out what was wrong with him. None of the Doctors or nurses we encountered should be working with children.
I visited this facility for my daughter who was diagnosed with HFMD. I had proof of insurance but due to some problem with their system my insurance id kept getting declined. They refused to let me see a pediatrician until I paid $380 upfront! I had no choice but to pay as it was a Federal holiday and all other facilities were closed. I will never go back to this place again!
