I rented from Jason Milner of Sutter and Nugent. I had a large down payment to make on a rental and I ended up moving out about a month later with none of my money returned. He lied to me multiple times from having me look at the rental myself to keeping some doors locked so I wouldn't go in, telling me there was a new microwave, telling me a former FBI agent lived there to make me think it was a nice area when it turned out to be a deeply poor and depressed area.
