Waiting 8+ hours in their closest hospital only to find out they aren't equipped for pediatric emergencies back in 2022, then last year they never transferred my health documents so the prenatal care I got at Queen of the Valley was stressful (but they actually did an awesome job with what little they had to work with, definitely sticking to the Queen). Shylla is the best representative I have ever met. She is so kind-hearted and willing to help! I made appointment at wrong time and Shylla tried contacting other available clinics to help me see doctors on the same day.
Dr. Grovhoug told me to desensitize myself by wearing a mask at home after I requested a mask exemption due to breathing problems / asthma. She treating my breathing problem as if it was psychological. I will NEVER go to this doctor ever again. She showed complete disregard for my well-being.
