We visited this clinic for my child’s vaccination. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The nurse who administered the shot is very unskilled — the injection was given very shallow, which caused significant redness and swelling at the site. My child was in obvious discomfort afterward.

Waiting 8+ hours in their closest hospital only to find out they aren't equipped for pediatric emergencies back in 2022, then last year they never transferred my health documents so the prenatal care I got at Queen of the Valley was stressful (but they actually did an awesome job with what little they had to work with, definitely sticking to the Queen). Now I can't seem to transfer care for my daughter (same daughter with a head injury that they waited 8+ hours to tell me in the ER that they couldn't help get by the way) unl... read more
