Walk-in at 6:30am for lab work. Insurance was a minor nightmare even though I have UHC through work. The front desk administrator, while professional, said it wasn't processing and looked at me as if I was supposed to know why. I had my UHC insurance card, ID, and lab order (which also had my insurance information), so I'm not sure what else I could provide to ease that process. I like this lab on del paso because it is closer to my house. Unable to find on app to schedule a appt. If that option available then i will give 5.
My preference for Sutter Health blood testing work since 2021. Always swift in and out service for my quarterly draws. Very professional and ultra -friendly each visit.
Older asian lady should be retrained before she is aloud to train new staff. Missed many crucial steps in the venipuncture procedure.
