Can’t say enough about this lab location. The phlebotomists are very professional and skilled. It is always a pleasure to go here for labs (my veins are deep and small and slippery) and the phlebotomists are always able to get a blood draw.
This location is so convenient. Easy access off the freeway with plenty of parking. I did a walk in blood draw; check in to complete was just 10 mins. Check in, fill out a quick questionnaire, and wait to be called. Rosy, my phlebotomist was amazing. My veins like to hide but she found them quickly. 2 mins in the chair and out I go about my day. Staff is always welcoming here. Seemless process makes it easy to take care of yourself and prioritize your health.
Quick. Around 7:15am, I was a walk-in for a blood test. I entered, was greeted immediately. Fill out a little paperwork, gave my info. Sat down. Called to the back with in 4 or 5 minutes. The tech was pleasant, the jab wasn't bad, a wrap not tape to hold on the cotton ball. Then out the door. All in about 10 minutes. All is good. Thanks Sutter Medical Labs
Walk-in at 6:30am for lab work. Insurance was a minor nightmare even though I have UHC through work. The front desk administrator, while professional, said it wasn't processing and looked at me as if I was supposed to know why. I had my UHC insurance card, ID, and lab order (which also had my insurance information), so I'm not sure what else I could provide to ease that process. I like this lab on del paso because it is closer to my house. Unable to find on app to schedule a appt. If that option available then i will give 5.
