Had an appointment and still waited 45 min to see the nurse for a 2 minutes shot. Receptionist said “ the nurses are all in a meeting “ explain why 6 people went in before me. All 6 people came after me. And some came out of the office while I was waiting. And why I wasn’t I told there’s a delay due to a meeting when I checked in. Horrible experience —- horrible communication skills.
I am very unsatisfied with Sutter as an organization as of late. The last three appointments I have made, some of which have been telehealth, have all been canceled, even appointments they reached out to me to schedule have been canceled. My biggest source of frustration is how long and how difficult it is to get real care within this medical organization. Extremely disappointed with their billing. I've escalated to the highest level and my situation was not resolved.
