I had an extremely negative experience with this lab. I believe this lab is run either by highly incompetent staff or individuals with discriminatory tendencies. I am a 54-year-old licensed professional engineer with private insurance. During COVID, I visited this lab with my 10-year-old daughter for testing. After signing in, we waited several minutes before another person, who arrived after us, was taken in ahead of us. Great place for medical needs
Office experience. I had a disappointing experience with office staff in the lab, the team could not figure out my billing insurance information, although a bit complicated, other labs, like Stockton were able to figure it out. The girls in the front tried”their best” I suppose but even with my constant help and redirection, and information I had to help them, they denied me services…services I needed to take specifically on the day I went.
