I have been a patient at Sutter Brownsville medical facility for several years under. the care of PA Tawnya Hoffman. Tawnya is very caring and if you have a problem she will get to the bottom of it. She doesn’t mess around when it comes to caring for her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and what she might not be familiar with she will find the answer. The dr didn't go over what I was concerned about, brought up rosacea on my face by saying "what's up with that rash on your face?" I wasn't aware of any rosacea on my face and wasn't there to talk about it either. Then the billing is THE ABSOLUTE WORST, they don't place accounts on hold but say they will note the account so you're not put into collections since they need to review a bill because they billed it incorrectly. They never call back and put you in collections THE DAY AFTER they said your account would be noted and... read more
