The guard, Danial, treated us poorly. He was dismissive and did not explain the rules in a respectful or professional manner. Even if children are not allowed to sign in alone, it should have been handled with kindness and proper communication. Very disappointed with the experience
My grandson was born in Sutter Medical Center Birth Center two weeks ago, and the hospital's nurses, support staff, and doctors provided extremely excellent care. The hospital is also in very good condition, with big rooms and modern facilities. The parking garage connected by the bridge is free of charge on the weekends or for the first hour on weekdays. I’m happy my daughter received excellent care and my grandson was there to start his first day in the world.
Had an amazing experience giving birth here and with the after care. The staff here shows they care. They’re knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole hospital is super clean and sanitary. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. Dr, RN’S, NA’s and anesthesiologist made me feel extremely comfortable. They were also very kind to my guest and partner. Over all the staff provided me with a phenomenal experience. I 100% recommend this hospital.
This was my second birth… Nurses, Doctors, Doula… everybody was so kind and very caring! I felt truly safe, and had a quick delivery! Thank you to all the doctors and nurses that helped me give birth and even before giving birth. I usually don’t feel comfortable at hospitals but I was very comfortable and safe! Thanks again! Best place to deliver your baby!
Dr.Cernaianu Is very insensitive, rude ,disrespectful and sarcastic also her demeanor is very unprofessional , unwelcoming and does not meet Sutter health morals and values.If she is in the labor and delivery department when I do come back for medical care to deliver my baby I will leave immediately and visit another hospital establishment to deliver my baby.
