Recently choosing to retire to Lake County, we were fortunate to find out about this clinic and get an appointment with NP JAYLA FLAUM. We couldn't be more happy with the care we get from Jayla and her team. Jayla took us on as new patients, and provides us with top notch medical care. This facility treats us like humans instead of pushing us through like a cattle call.

I was under the care of Alarise Clay and Kendra Jerrill. I was referred to Oncology by Ms. Clay for treatment of prostate cancer and needed clearance from PCP to have anesthesia. Ms. Clay was absent so I saw a doctor on call. He was reluctant to give me the go ahead because he said I had a chronic heart problem. I was never told that by anyone else!
