I need to schedule an ultrasound but they don't answer the phone. I've tried calling every day during my lunch to no avail. Today, I called in sick and decided I would try calling because I can wait on the phone for up to 8 hours. They just don't answer. I've been on hold for 3 hours and nothing happens. I only have 4 hours left before they close for the day and all I want to do is schedule one appointment. I don't get it. Any other business would not be successful under this model. This place is completely corrupt.
This is the best location for diagnostic imaging. The employees are amazing and they are very kind and compassionate about their patients
