Checked in at the suggested 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Was called back in under 15 minutes. The ultrasound tech was friendly and considerate. The only issue was the bathroom I was directed to was short on paper, then out of paper, and they did not know how to deal with that. Sort of strange to me when your patient is required to use the bathroom during the appointment.

First, the surroundings are beautiful parking in the back is plentiful and finding the Imaging location was very easy. The receptionist was very friendly and the overall ease of experience.

So I had to get Thoth an MRI and an x-ray done. I also have PCS (post concussion syndrome). So waiting in the lobby, my head was on FIRE. Unfortunately, the x-ray wait was over an hour. But the reason I'm giving five stars is for Tatiana. I got up multiple times to talk to her (about the wait time) because my head was killing me. She was so polite and friendly and called back to check, luckily I got called in a few minutes later.
