provider was absolutely rude and disregarded anything i said and even had the audacity to walk out of the patient room while i was discussing my concerns to her after waiting for 35 minutes in the patient room to only be disregarded in as little as 4 minutes. Avoid Elizabeth Lykins PA at this location!

I have never met a more pleasant and friendly staff at any medical facility than I did at Sutter Health Watsonville Center yesterday at the Urgent Care! They should ALL be acknowledged by their superiors as exemplar employees and a model for how all medical office staff should be. They were efficient, kind, so friendly, and the entire experience was the best I’ve ever had in the medical field. You should all be very proud! I highly recommend this Urgent Care! Debbie P.
