My wife and I have used this urgent care facility for many years and have always been pleased with every aspect of the care. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are excellent.
Although the wait very was long (almost three hours) The provider Ms Lucey was great. She was thorough, personable and very knowledgable.
Very efficient I know we all have to wait but it wasn’t that long. Needed a X-ray they do it right there. Reminded me of Doctor Carlson Mar Monte Medical Clinic.
Very fast and friendly, professional service. I was glad I went to Watsonville Urgent Care.
