I have been establish with Dr. Espiritu for just over a year. Due to a job change, I lost my primary insurance. The OFFICIAL Sutter health website under Dr. Espiritu’s profile says they accept HPSJ insurance for established patients. I call HPSJ to get this updated. HPSJ said Sutter isn’t taking any HPSJ, I quote the website and the rep says Sutter isn’t accepting any changes. I have two favorite doctors at this clinic, my primary, Dr. Cushenberry-Starks, and Dr. Provenzano, who is my preferred substitute when Dr. Cushenberry-Starks is too booked for a last minute appointment it otherwise unavailable. I also love being able to make appointments for lab work early in the morning.
This is a review for the phone number. I would find it useful that when I call the number on the screen that I could be in contact with the location that I am calling and not the general number where they screen you call and then don't put you through or have the correct information or throughout information. It is very annoying and not at all helpful. Not to mention a waste of my time.
Ok let's start with these girl that work at the front receptionist counter, KIM, BIANCA,JANETTE,BRENDA and most importantly MANDY(THE OFFICE SUPERVISOR) I cant thank these girls enough for always helping me when it comes to my husband! They are always in a great happy mood and always willing to help. MANDY on the other hand is AMAZING! Mandy truly loves what she does and cares about all the patient that go to the office. We have a great experience there with all the doctors. My mother is very happy with Dr. Fedalizo, he is a wonderful and a very knowledgeable doctor who treats his patients with a lot of respect and care. We feel very privileged to have him as our doctor and would highly recommend him. The front staff is very nice and always helpful and all the nurses are very caring and kind.
