Not satisfied with my visit. Was told I would receive a call on Monday for a ultrasound since it couldn't be done on Sunday at urgent care. So I took the day off from work thinking I'd be seen on Monday and nothing. It's Tuesday now and I got a call saying that I SHOULD CALL RADIOLOGY TO MAKE AN APPT...Not satisfied at all with this. Update: So I got done what needed to be done 1 week later on a Sunday 🤯 even tho I was told they dont do ultrasounds on the Sunday...
My last two visits were excellent. The doctors were friendly and nice. I had to have blood drawn and thank goodness Pillar was there. She is the only one who can find my vein in one attempt. When she is not there I wait until she returns.
Friday 9/26, I arrived at Sutter Urgent Care @ 10:04 and left by 11:00! I saw a doctor within 1/2 hr after vitals and info taken by staff. Notes reviewed by doctor, wrote her own. Examined and determined current meds needed to be increased to stop thrush along with referral to ENT, as I had not improved after 3 weeks. I am impressed by staffs efficiency and concern for me.
