I was a little skeptical about going to any Urgent care. All the reviews mentioned that the wait times were very long. I didnt want to have to waste my day waiting around but I couldn't handle my ear pain a day more, so I decide to go. Went in on Veterans Day and there was no one there besides me and another patient. My entire visit was 1 hr. LaTanya at the reception desk was very patient with me because I couldn't hear very well. So much better than my previous provider, I went to urgent care and had very little wait time. Dr was very thorough and genuinely concerned about my health.
