Don’t bother telling urgent care you’re coming. It makes no difference. The clock starts when you arrive, you get told 1.5 hour wait. 2 hours later I ask how soon. Another 45 mins. 45 minutes later I get told I should have gone away and come back even though everyone else in the meeting room has been seen and left. Do not recommend. I just wanted a strep test that takes 15 MINUTES.
I have seen two competent providers: Jessica Smith, and one doctor in urgent care (after seeing another one who completely missed my issue, even after it was properly documented by the nurses). Gynecology and physical therapy are bad. On top of it, this place has horrible financial practices. I don't even know how this is legal. I will never seek care there again if I can help it.
It’s incredibly disturbing to me that a PA that works for them thinks Charlie Kirk’s death is funny… Julie Durett is her name. She even made a point to laugh at the post and separate comments. This information has been shared with the local media in the area and with other organizations.
