On August 10, 2026, at approximately 5:30 PM, my daughter came in experiencing difficulty breathing and seeking medical help. Unfortunately, the older woman working at the front desk who was wearing a mask was disgustingly rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no compassion toward her. When someone comes into a healthcare facility struggling to breathe, the last thing they should have to deal with is being treated like an inconvenience.
