Great medical services provider in Silicon Valley
This place has horrible financial practices. I don't even know how this is legal. I will never seek care there again.

This place has horrible billing practices. Avoid going if you can. I scheduled my annual physical checkup at Sutter in February and made sure—twice—that it would be fully covered by my insurance. However, I was shocked to receive a bill for nearly $550 afterward. When I called for clarification, I was told the additional charges were due to a lab test the doctor had ordered, which they claimed wasn't considered preventative.
