My care was facilitated very promptly. I was seen by the doctor within 20 minutes of arrival. The doctor listened to my concerns and made recommendations. They even allowed me to attend my lab appointment while I was waiting for the X-ray results. I am glad to have access to this facility for prompt urgent care.
It's only my first experience here. But I felt heard, treated with respect and care. They asked all the important questions and did not rush me. They reassured me about my fears and found the cause of the problem. And then they treated me. I left smiling and feeling better than I have felt about going to see a doctor in a long time. I would come back.
