Only a 10-minute wait on Saturday morning. Great doctor who quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed antibiotics. Very positive experience.
I got poked five times by three different nurses and none of them get it. Moreover the last nurse attitude is very bad keeping complaining about my tough skin and small vein. So they have to send me to the nearest ER where the nurse just tried once and got it.
Great experience at the Urgent Care in Mountain View. They were kind, fast, organized, and got me seen, treated and out the door quickly. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with my visit.
< 30 minutes waiting time for the urgent care was not bad at all. I have been coughing for >4weeks, and Dr. Waymond Jung recommended x-ray to ensure nothing wrong in my lung, and prescribed Qvar RediHaler and a few other medications, which hopefully will be effective.
A very efficient, helpful and friendly establishment. I particularly want Dr. Ann Vasti.
